Please read the following instructions carefully before you feed your baby formula:
Sterilize
Sanitize the tools and area of work after washing your hands. Boiling 1 liters of water for 30 minutes, then straining it to remove bacteria.

Use the formula feeding chart to ensure you’re using the right amount. Use the scoop provided in each formula box to measure the correct amount of water for your baby.
Prepare
After all of the powder has been dissolved, and there are no lumps left in the bottle, cover the bottle with the sterile cap. Shake the bottle vigorously. We suggest using a nipple-cap to prevent you from touching the top of the bottle with your hand.
Check the temperature
Baby formula is ready to feed when it reaches the body temperature of 98degF. To achieve this temperature, you can chill the formula in the fridge. Check the temperature on your forearm if the formula is too hot. Use the procedure as soon as it is ready.
